Bank merger – one shared target architecture

- Challenge
- When two banks merged, their treasury and liquidity management areas were running parallel systems and different ways of working.
- What we did
- We mapped the systems, data flows and teams involved, then designed the merged bank’s shared target architecture and the steps of the transition.
- Outcome
- A clear, decision-ready picture of current and future operations – a common foundation for the IT side of the merger.

- Challenge
- The banks needed flexible systems for retail and corporate lending, collateral management and early risk detection – under different regulations in each country.
- What we did
- As lead architects, we designed and led the rollout of lending, collateral management, credit rating and early warning systems, working closely with local teams.
- Outcome
- Nearly twenty banking IT projects in eight countries – from Hungary to Romania and from Croatia to the United Arab Emirates.

What kind of companies do you work with?
Mainly mid-sized and large companies. Our deepest experience is in banking and finance, telecommunications and the public sector, but we also help companies in energy, retail, manufacturing and logistics.
Do you only consult, or do you also build?
Both. We assess your current systems, design the solution, build and roll it out, and keep supporting you after go-live – but we are also happy to take on a single stage, such as an architecture review.
How can artificial intelligence help our company?
We introduce it where it measurably saves time or money – for example in document processing, customer service, reporting or repetitive admin tasks. We first understand the process, and only then choose the tool.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work in English and Hungarian, on-site and remotely. Our experts have rolled out enterprise systems in eight countries, from Central and Eastern Europe to the Middle East.
